I guess you could say I am a Saturday Night Live fan. I think I've seen just about every episode, some great, other tanked. Last night in tribute to George Carlin, the first every episode of SNL aired. It was cool to see how we have changed over the years.
Good parts of the show included, Billy Preston's "Nothing from nothing"...I still like that song. The Bee Hospital skit and the Person Home Security segment. Other stuff was sorta way out there, but I guess that was the appeal of the show back then. Janis Ian also performed "At seventeen"..man, that was a weird song and she sung other songs that really had some disturbing lyrics. Wonder what ever happened to her?
